Students that Love Jesus at UNC Charlotte
Last Friday, we spent the day with some amazing ministry leaders, students, and prayer warriors on the green outside of the Student Center on campus.
Two of the students we met asked us to pray in the same way that dozens of other students, on dozens of other campuses have asked us to pray on this tour - for Jesus to bring hope, for awakening and revival to break out, and for unity among campus ministries! Over and over and over, this is the theme that is ringing out across the nation among this generations!
This generation resonates with Leonard Ravenhill, who said,
'No man is greater than his prayer life. The pastor who is not praying is playing; the people who are not praying are straying. We have many organizers, but few agonizers; many players and payers, few pray-ers; many singers, few clingers; lots of pastors, few wrestlers; many fears, few tears; much fashion, little passion; many interferers, few intercessors; many writers, but few fighters. Failing here, we fail everywhere.'
